Eating Our Roles

We play many different roles in life and these roles teach us some fascinating lessons. We may play out a rebellious role, a “good girl” role, a conservative role, an adventurous role, and much more. The ways we can self express are endless. And each of these different ways of expressing ourselves is often associated with a particular way of eating.
