We play many different roles in life and these roles teach us some fascinating lessons. We may play out a rebellious role, a “good girl” role, a conservative role, an adventurous role, and much more. The ways we can self express are endless. And each of these different ways of expressing ourselves is often associated with a particular way of eating. Have you indeed noticed that your diet changes at different times in life? Join me in this brief IPEtv video where I dive into how our roles in life and our diet are intimately connected. This is a great way to begin to see how what we eat is directly impacted by who we are and how we see the world.
