How Do You Deal with Symptoms? The 4 Psychological Types

Be honest: how often do you check in with your body and ask it what it needs to be its best, happiest self? For many of us, it’s easy to ignore our body until it grabs our awareness with painful or uncomfortable symptoms. Each time we experience an unwanted physical symptom, whether it’s digestive discomfort, excess weight, a sore throat, or even a sense of anxiety, it’s because our body is trying to tell us something. Each of our symptoms comes with an opportunity to learn more about how our choices impact our body, and whenever we notice a symptom, we have a chance to give ourselves some loving attention and appreciation. In this stimulating new video from #IPEtv, I’ll explore four common styles of responding to symptoms and invite you to consider how you can be more alert and receptive to the language of your body.
