What does Authenticity have to do with nutrition, diet, health, and our relationship with food? It’s easy to turn to food as a symbolic substitute for the real joy that comes from living and expressing ourselves honestly and courageously. Furthermore, the stress that’s inherent in being inauthentic is a literal metabolic suppressor. Authenticity means being who we really are, saying what we really think and feel, and not trying to pretend to be someone who we’re not. It’s as simple as that. But not always so easy. Once you embrace authentic relating and living, you can watch your health transform. I’m so excited to share this thought-provoking and engaging #IPEtv video about the power of the New Vitamin A – Authenticity.
