What’s the Opposite of an Eating Disorder

We’ve all heard the term “eating disorder,” and most of us have some idea about what it means. But have you ever wondered what the OPPOSITE of an eating disorder would be? If disordered eating describes an unhealthy relationship with food, a relationship that hurts us and keeps us from experiencing all the nourishment and joy that eating can bring, it stands to reason that “ordered eating” would, by definition, express a loving, nourishing and satisfying way of relating to food — one that enhances our well-being and connects us to the energy of life. If you’re ready to explore what a happy and healthy relationship with food might look like, check out this inspiring new video from #IPEtv. I’ll be sharing 18 ways to tell when your eating habits are enhancing, rather than taking away from, your life.
