Are you worried that you’ll never escape the exhausting struggle around food, weight or body image? If so, I’d like to share my story with you. I’m Emily Rosen, Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. I’ve created this video to remind others that our story, our journey, and our struggles hold the power to transform us into a force of healing and light in the world. If you’re feeling broken or powerless or guilty about your relationship with food, I’ve been there. If you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, I get it. And, I’m here to tell you that transformation and healing are possible. Join me as I share some of my personal story with you in this IPEtv video.
