This is so key
The more I take responsibility for me –
all of me,
the more clear I become
of the significance of this statement.
We all have a shadow
We all have the places we go dark
The more light we can shed
on these shadowy parts
the more awareness we can cultivate
and the more intentional we are
about doing our work —
the more self mastery
we can experience
Integrated, aligned and empowered
Don’t let yourself be a victim
to what you refuse to look at
It’s the work you are willing to do
that defines you,
not your past,
not your secrets,
not who you are now
Do the work
Do your work, it’s worth it
You’re always worth it
