What You Can Do at The 9900 House?
Imagine yourself hosting 15-35 guests in a gorgeous, modern, home-style event space located in a peaceful rural setting that’s easily accessible from Boulder or Denver. A country lane shaded by massive cottonwoods leads to a spacious house surrounded by open sky, idyllic farmlands, and stunning mountain views. Sunlight pours into a great room that’s ideal for class sessions or team meetings, while an open floor plan and several cozy, exquisitely furnished side rooms offer privacy and comfort for small-group breakout sessions. The space is comfortable and highly flexible and modular, so you can choose the setup and layout that works best for you.
Enjoy a community meal at our dining table for eighteen, or grab a bite from our snack station. Break away for a quiet conversation in one of our indoor chill spaces or escape for a mindful moment in one our indoor hammocks and swings. And when you need a breath of fresh air, just step outside to relax. Lounge on two secluded patios, stroll on the expansive lawns, explore the wooded drive, unwind in the quaint gazebo, and even cool off in a sparkling in-ground swimming pool. At the end of the day, gather everyone outside for an Insta-worthy sunset or group photo. (9900 is known for year-round epic views.) And just five minutes down the road, you’ll find the quirky Colorado town of Niwot where you can grab a drink, host a group dinner or browse the cute local shops.
