sometimes (often times) it’s the holding (on) that hurts the most (i have learned this the hard way). sometimes it’s the very thing we most fear – the breakdown and the complete chaos – that allow for what is next (the breakthrough and growth most true). i have been resistant to this forever (and a day). i crave order and its illusion of safety (or at the very least clarity). but the suffering is in the resistance (of what is already happening). this I know. sometimes we simply need to be undone (completely undone). and so destruction becomes (can become) the fertilizer for the necessary new. change is what we can rely on (trust that (at least) trust that). letting go. let go…
